To ensure the safety of all dogs, we require up-to-date annual boosters and kennel cough vaccinations

The kennel cough injection must be administered at least 5-7 days prior to arrival as this is a live vaccine

Please ensure you bring your dog's vaccination card each time your dog boards with us as we will always check on arrival. If you have lost your dog's vaccination card, customers can call their vets and they will share their dog's medical history via email.

We hold the right to refuse dogs that aren't up-to-date with their vaccinations

We recommend booking in advance to secure availability, especially for kennel stays and busy periods.

Check-in is between 11am-4:30pm

Check-out times are between 9am-11am

Customers can add a late checkout for the daily rate of £24 and collect up to 4:30pm. Please indicate this upon booking so we can ensure we can accommodate your request

Yes, our trained team closely supervises all dogs throughout the day to ensure their safety, comfort and wellbeing.

Yes, following a successful daycare induction with us, dogs staying overnight can attend daycare at the discount half day rate of £16 (normally £23) allowing for a seamless and familiar experience.  

Inductions can be done prior to boarding or on their first day with us, whichever is more convenient for our customers

Absolutely. We follow feeding instructions and can administer medication as directed to ensure your dog’s routine is maintained.

For boarding customers, we require a 25% deposit to secure bookings. 

Deposits can be refunded if 2 or more weeks notice is given prior to the start of someone's stay. 

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made within 2 weeks of their dogs stay. 

Any shortening of stays within the 2 week period are also chargeable as it gives us little time to  offer this space to someone else
